NOTES- Photographic requirements
We require high
quality images of your work for the guidemap and for publicity
purposes. Please send 3 to 6 images of recent work which are
representative of what can be seen at your event. They should be digital
images (minimum 300 dpi and at least A6 size, on a CD). Please ensure
that they are in focus, and of good clear quality with strong contrast.
Images of 2D work should not include frames or mounts. Images of 3D work
should be against a plain, contrasting background.
Images should be titled,
with size and medium. Unfortunately, we no longer accept slides and
photos prints due to the costs of scanning. You are advised to send
CDs in a reinforced envelope.
