INDIVIDUAL ARTIST 

 

Entry as an INDIVIDUAL ARTIST costs £88. This gives you a listing + an image in the guidemap and on the website. (Click to see a sample listing). It also entitles you to 2 years of free listings on 'The Trail Goes On...!' website. 

For 2 - 4 ARTISTS SHARING a venue,  there is a reduced fee of £76 per artist. Each artist will have a listing + an image in the guidemap and on the website. (Click to see a sample listing). It also entitles you to 2 years of free listings on 'The Trail Goes On...!' website. Each artist needs to fill out a separate form, but it would help if all the forms, images + payments are sent together in the same pack

For 5 OR MORE ARTISTS SHARING a venue, there is a reduced fee of £64 per artist. Each artist will have a listing +  an image in the guidemap and on the website. (Click to see a sample listing). It also entitles you to 2 years of free listings on 'The Trail Goes On...!' website. Each artist needs to fill out a separate form, but it would help if all the forms, images + payments are sent together in the same pack

Fill out the following form, PRINT out 2 copies and then click the SUBMIT button. Keep one copy for your records. Send the other copy with 3 - 6 digital images on a CD (see NOTES below) and your entry fee (see above): cheque payable to Wylye Valley Art Trail. We encourage all venues to be open from 10.30am - 5.30pm daily from 28th May until 5th June inclusive, and to find someone to steward for times they cannot be in attendance. If, however, you would like to open for longer, or if there are any days / times you cannot be open, please state here:

NOTES- Photographic requirements

We require high quality images of your work for the guidemap and for publicity purposes. Please send 3 to 6 images of recent work which are representative of what can be seen at your event. They should be digital images (minimum 300 dpi and at least A6 size, on a CD). Please ensure that they are in focus, and of good clear quality with strong contrast. Images of 2D work should not include frames or mounts. Images of 3D work should be against a plain, contrasting background. 

Images should be titled, with size and medium. Unfortunately, we no longer accept slides and photos prints due to the costs of scanning. You are advised to send CDs in a reinforced  envelope.
